Personal & Business Checks
We accept personal and business checks for delivery orders only. All shipped orders must be paid by credit card prior to shipping.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped the same as received, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time or on the weekend will usually be shipped the following business day. All online orders are shipped UPS Ground unless you specify otherwise. The minimum shipping charge is $9.95, which we will waive if your order qualifies for Free Shipping. We will ship all orders values at more than $100 with an insured value equaling the invoice total. The insurance costs will be included in your shipping charges. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the frequency of shipments being stolen from residential and commercial doorsteps, all UPS shipments will require a signature for delivery. Please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the shipment. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this arrangement may cause.

C.O.D. Shipments

There will be a $13.50 UPS C.O.D. charge in addition to any shipping cost. Your payment must be made by Cashier's Check or Money order only; UPS does not accept cash.

Wet Goods Money Back Guarantee 

If you are dissatisfied with any brand of any shampoo, conditioner, dip or liquid ear cleaner we sell, you may return the balance of the opened container within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Guarantee does not apply to colognes. Please include a copy of your invoice or sales receipt.


90 Day Return Policy

You may return any product, unless listed below, within 90 days for a full refund (less shipping) provided you (1) return it unopened in new, saleable condition & in the original packaging and (2) include a copy of your invoice or sales receipt. Items that are damaged or abused, missing parts or accessories, or etched or otherwise personalized may not be returned. Assembled cages, and shears, thinners or blades that have been sharpened, as well as muzzles that have been used, may not be returned. Opened CDs & DVDs may be exchanged for identical products but cannot be returned for a refund. A 25% restocking fee may be applied, at our sole discretion, if all return criteria have not been met. You may ship any approved item for return at your expense or we will be glad to accept it when delivering another order. Defective products must be returned or exchanged within 30 days and are subject to manufacturers’ warranties and policies as listed below. We reserve the right to refuse any return.

Laube Product Returns

All Laube products may be returned within 14 days of invoice date only, subject to the terms listed above. After 14 days, all returns must be made directly to Kim Laube Co, Inc. and will require their preauthorization.

Special Order Items

All Special Order Items require full payment at the time of order. Unless defective, they may be returned for store credit only and are subject to the terms listed above.
